At Shoe Gallery, we want you to walk with confidence; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original branded shoe box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping container.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is fully processed.
